Church of Jesus Christ of the Universe

2 Sam 12, 1-7. 10-17; Ps 50; Mk 4, 35-41.
On this eve, we want to consecrate Europe solemnly to the Immaculate Heart of Mary Co-Redemptrix. We will consecrate Europe and offer ourselves according to the Blessed Mother’s intentions for Europe. We do this because our Lord Jesus Christ has asked us to do so. It is a request that arises given the times in which we live. It is a request that comes from Him, who is present among us in His second coming. With this request, He urges us again not to think only of ourselves, our needs and our problems, but to understand these times, the end times, and the situations in which we live. He urges us to look at events with responsibility and maturity, considering our specific call for this time and the current events so as not to run the risk of acting like the people at the time of Noah[1] or Sodom and Gomorrah[2], who prayed, got married, bought and sold until, finally, God put an end to it all. Let us not allow events to crush us, to drag us along as they will do with much of humanity. Instead, it is our task to influence events alongside Jesus and Mary and the Church of the Universe.
I know that I am addressing the Church of Christ, men and women who have wholeheartedly chosen God, wishing to forsake the many idols this world proposes. I do not claim that we have already forsaken them, as I think you would tell me that I am not telling the truth. However, I believe we all want to leave behind the spirit of the world, as our path entails forsaking the idols. To leave behind the spirit of the world means the same: everything that the world’s seduction and the dictatorship of esotericism continue to present to us, often with the intention to confuse and drag us with them.
I know I am addressing people who do not want this; people who have fully accepted that life is to know the Father and He whom the Father has sent.[3] This is why they have offered their lives to Jesus through the Immaculate Heart of Mary many times, entering each time more deeply into the knowledge of the true God. I believe that each of us can testify that entrusting one’s life into God’s hands through Mary leads to the beginning of an increasingly intense inner process, which follows its own rhythm but is now progressing rapidly. This process leads each one of us towards prayer, as Mary Most Holy asked of us in Medjugorje. It leads us to prayer and to desire more and more to stand face to face with Him, to desire to know His thoughts to put them into practice so that we no longer run away from His face.
I repeat – let us try to be honest. In truth, we run from the face of God; we do not want to do it but we do it. This path sets us free, and I believe that we can testify to that. Jesus came to set the prisoners free.[4] Whoever lets Him work is set free from the spirit of the world, from himself, from all that is not needed, from all that is only weight and toil, from all artificial lights. This path fulfils us and awakens more and more a desire to seek God. This path guides us in spirit but begins from the spirit. It may seem a contradiction, but it is not so: everything starts from the spirit and leads back to the spirit. Yet, it is concrete; it is not an imagination because it begins from the spirit that communicates it to the soul and the soul to the body so that it is incarnated. It is a concrete path that – this applies to Christianity because it may not have fully understood it – leads to the good of man, not to making man a slave, an unfortunate. It leads men and women to find their dignity, to find fullness and to understand that they are children of God. It is for the good in its entirety.
Looking at these times, we feel the need to consecrate Europe, we know at what point we are and that times are running fast. I believe we must all strive more and more to give everything, to make an effort, without holding back or putting off anything. We want to face this life for the love of God by giving everything and leaving the old man behind forever.
When Jesus asked us to consecrate Europe, He also told us that the events of this year will ALL be CONCLUSIVE EVENTS. I will leave it to you to reflect on this. We know that when He urges us to give everything, He always asks for only two things: faithfulness and simplicity. Faithfulness is faith in His work, faith in His presence; having the certainty that the offering of our life to Him through the Blessed Virgin Mary is the best thing we can do. We have the certainty that Jesus guides history and each one of us. He asks for faithfulness with simplicity in what He asks of us. So when I say, “giving everything” I mean committing ourselves as fully as possible, each one of us to the best of our ability and according to our uniqueness. Deep within our heart, we know what to do, but we must do it by looking honestly into the eyes of the Lord without hiding.
I think it is clear that there is no one left who can try to save Europe and the world. Only Jesus Christ knows how. That is why we offer ourselves to God according to the intentions of the Blessed Virgin Mary. That is because everything the Son knows, the Mother also knows; everything the Mother knows, the Son also knows, and Mary’s intentions enter directly into the Most Holy Trinity; however, we know that only Jesus saves us, while we are asked to be a living Eucharist.[5] What does it mean? It means living like Jesus. It is useless to say: “But I am not Jesus, I cannot do that.”
A living Eucharist is someone who always lives face to face with God, who always lives his self-offering, who always lives like the Eucharistic Jesus: broken bread. He always lives surrendering himself totally to Jesus with the perspective of giving and offering. The Eucharist is bread that is offered to God; it is God who offers Himself to God. If the person is alive, it happens in life. It has been said that it means being His hands, His eyes, His voice, His feet. Therefore, it means to be Jesus, to allow Him to live within us. That is the living Eucharist. It is standing face to face with Him, always, letting oneself be transformed by the Holy Spirit and letting oneself be recreated by the Father because the whole Trinity is involved in this action. A person who is a living Eucharist allows the Trinity the freedom to act.
In other words, as Nicodemus was told, it means being born again from above.[6] However, here, too, faith is needed. What does faith mean? It means truly believing in every moment of the day that the action of the Trinity is taking place within us, always, and that all situations occur so that the action of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit may act and participate in everything. We must not look for the Lord elsewhere but truly believe that He acts in this manner in all situations of our life. Then we become a living Eucharist. You see that it is not a matter of using our own means or imitating Jesus but of allowing Him the freedom to act, which is a different matter.
Sometimes, I hear the question: “What would Jesus do in my place, in this situation?” It is a good and helpful question. Yet, I believe that it is even more profound to say: “I will leave Jesus free in this situation.” By doing so, we refrain from thinking about what He would do, avoiding the projection of our own thoughts onto His action. Therefore, let us grant Him the freedom to act.
Jesus knows which situations are useful to us and lead us to take the steps to die to ourselves so that the Trinity can transform us. If He is not free to act within us, the steps we take will always be a bit of an escape from the straight and narrow path. The daily situations are the best, as in them our limitations come to the surface. Let us allow Jesus to act freely in that area. Let us embrace our limitations. At this moment, as we desire to give everything in this solemn consecration, this is what is required. In the face of our problems and situations where we feel overwhelmed, let us allow Jesus to act freely without escaping from Him. We are not asked to be heroes; rather, let us refrain from running away and choose to stay where we are. Sometimes, staying is the only thing asked of us.
I think it is clear to all of us, just as it was to St. Paul, that we do what we do not want to do, and cannot do what we want to do.[7] However, let us not use these words as an excuse. Let us do what St. Paul said, “I will boast of my weaknesses; it is when I am weak that I am strong, for when I am weak, Christ must intervene.”[8] Let us strive to live like this. So, since we know what we should not do and yet do not do it, let us try to allow Christ to work within us without seeking justification. I assure you that He is ready to intervene at once as soon as we give Him the chance, and thus our transformation will begin. It is not a question of seeking difficult things. In seeking difficult works, we often just appease our spiritual pride. It is about living according to who we are, but together with Christ, who may at times be crucified. In accepting that cross with Him, invaluable grace is given. It is indeed when we are struck by problems or illness that we truly welcome Christ more profoundly, as then His presence is also stronger.
In simple terms: always love. Strive to love always, not every now and then but always and everyone. Stop all negative thoughts. Let Christ’s thoughts always arise in your mind when you think of a person, even Lucifer. Let Christ’s thoughts permeate you. Always love, always bless. If they treat you badly, love those who hurt you. After all, often we, too, hurt each other, for example within our families. Therefore, simply love.
When faced with difficulties, trials or health problems, give thanks, as they show you the path you are meant to go. However, this does not imply that you should not seek solutions! Rather, it means that you should begin by giving thanks. That simple act can truly change everything!
When somebody offends us, let us respond by thanking and blessing. When they belittle us, let us offer thanks and blessings in return. Let us embrace every trial, every pain as if it were a precious pearl! The first step – to which we may have to force ourselves – is to say, “Thank you; I understand that this is meant for me; I know it is useful to me.” Afterwards, avoid thinking about the following process. If we do not take the first steps properly, what follows will not be good either.
I tell you that if we have this attitude of sincere gratitude very often, but not always, Jesus will no longer ask anything of us. He alone tests us, as He did with Abraham. He did not let Abraham kill his son Isaac, but he did ask him to.[9] When we sincerely give thanks, the problems often resolve, also because we ourselves have changed.
Everything contributes to the good for those who love Christ, for those who love God[10], because participating in His work together with Him means everything. Participating, offering ourselves through Mary Most Holy, according to Her holy intentions, means being united with Christ, experiencing mystical union and immediate knowledge.[11] In the mystical union lies peace and joy, otherwise it is not mystical union. However, the Blessed Mother could certainly not be joyful under the Cross, but She was united with Christ. This also applies to each of us.
I believe that these steps forward bring out the Christian roots of Europe; they help to awaken the souls in Europe that have said “yes” to God[12] and the righteous people that exist in every Church, in every confession. I believe that they help Christ to recapitulate everything in Christ so that His Church becomes more and more visible. They said to us: “You are My Church; you are the Church of Jesus Christ”. Nevertheless, the path to making the Church ever more visible and active is a long one; it will not end. I believe that these are simple steps forward in faithfulness that we can all take, each of us to the best of our abilities. Surely, each of us will contribute to the Mystical Body and to its sufferings.
I wish to renew the self-offering of each of us, of the entire Church of Jesus Christ. I wish to renew our offering through the Immaculate Heart of Mary and in Her Immaculate Heart in accordance with Her holy intentions for Europe, for the world, for the Church. I want Mary to know that She can count on us, that She can feel that She has children whom She can ask to carry a piece of the Cross, to share Her joys, to live alongside Her and to pray with Her; in the name of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
