Dearest Brothers and Sisters,
I am addressing you who have been visiting this website for several years and those who are of good will and wish to be informed.
On 23 October 2020, I learned that with the decree of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith according to Can. 1331§§1-2 of the Code of Canon Law the penalty of excommunication has been imposed on me, as was communicated to the Bishop of Brescia, Italy, on 22 July 2020. I learned of this serious decision from the media, as I have not yet been officially notified of the aforementioned decree.
I take note of this without any intention of arguing, contesting or discussing as I have never done until now. I do not intend to judge anything or anyone, considering that every judgment belongs to the Lord Jesus who, sooner or later, will manifests the truth of every person and every situation. Having said that, I still consider it necessary to clarify my position in favour of all those who have approached me, accepting my ministerial priesthood.
In 1981, I witnessed the events in Medjugorje (Bosnia-Herzegovina), where Our Lady appeared to six children. I accepted and believed in the apparitions. As a priest and Franciscan friar I was asked to serve in the parish of Medjugorje during the first time of the apparitions. I did my best to accompany the six seers, the parishioners and the pilgrims who wished to renew their life of faith. This experience has indelibly marked my life as a man and as a priest and led me to a decisive turning point in my path: I offered my life as a sacrifice to God, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, for the truth of the apparitions to be revealed to humanity.
In 1987, I founded the Community “Kraljice Mira, potpuno tvoji – po Mariji k Isusu” [Queen of Peace, totally yours – through Mary to Jesus], which later dissolved. It was composed of brothers and sisters who lived the offering of their lives to God through Mary according to the Rule and Life of the Third Order Regular of St. Francis and St. Clare of Assisi. Alongside the Community the Fraternities, made up of lay people, worked and followed the same path.
In those years, I encountered many misunderstandings and hostilities due to the apparitions of Our Lady in Medjugorje. Nevertheless, I have never denied what I have seen and experienced. Now as then, I continue to consider the Marian apparitions in Medjugorje as authentic and as a turning point in the history of humanity. I will always be a witness of it.
In my priestly life, I have met many people with extraordinary gifts. I have always welcomed them without putting their gifts at the centre, but seeking to accompany them on a Christian path of offering to God. Among them, Stefania Caterina had a special place. She had joinedthe community, which I had founded, in 1994. I accompanied her spiritually in the different phases of her formation as I did with all other members of the Community. However, the revelations that she received became more and more significant over time until they sparked discussions in and outside of the Community.
After several very demanding years and due to health issues, I applied for and received a sabbatical year, which began on 14 February 2007. I needed to immerse myself into silence in order to understand better the plan of God, which had not yet fully outlined. Precisely in that time, the Lord began to clarify my priestly mission more and more, asking me, at the same time, to be entirely willing to offer my life to Him through Mary’s Immaculate Heart.
Meanwhile, Stefania Caterina also decided to withdraw into silence to understand better the will of God regarding her mission. The Lord asked from her the willingness to offer her life to Him, through Mary Most Holy, for my priesthood, in order to fulfil a particular mission. We both offered our lives to God with complete willingness to accomplish His will, whatever it would be.
Thus, in the place Providence had provided for us, along with a few people of great faith and generosity, we began a profound path of prayer. The Lord Himself and His instruments, especially the seven great Archangels and the Apostles spoke to us, explaining to us many things.
Day after day, the revelations widened, becoming increasingly detailed. The great plan of God to recapitulate the Universe in Jesus Christ emerged with greater clarity. The Lord Jesus placed us under His direct authority and asked us to announce His plan to all Christians and to the humanity of the Earth, and this is what we have done.[1]
In 2008, we published the book “Beyond the Great Barrier”[2] in which this plan is widely explained. Many other books have been published after this first book. I will not dwell on this further, referring to the vast amount of material published on this website.
In the years 2008-2009 I was subjected to restrictions and prohibitions by the Congregation for the Doctrine of Faith. I was dismissed from the community that I had founded and I asked to leave the Order of Friars Minor to dedicate myself fully to the plan of recapitulation of the whole Universe in Christ. I was deprived of the exercise of priesthood within the Catholic Church. Nevertheless, this did not deprive me of my priesthood since according to the Code of Canon Law no one can be deprived of the power of sacred order.[3]
Many people continued to visit me. I welcomed them at my house and in the houses of the Foundation “Fortress of the Immaculate”. I would like to clarify that I am not the founder of the aforementioned Foundation, which was established in 2005 by some private people who wanted to contribute to the spreading of my work. I stopped going to public places of worship. I haven’t sought anyone but welcomed everyone as I thought was my duty as priest. I must say frankly that several people I have met have expressed a growing discomfort not only with regard to what is happening in the world, but also in the Catholic Church.
From 2009, a people gathered around me that wanted to be accompanied and introduced into the plan of the recapitulation of all things in Christ. As a priest, I witnessed the response and the growth of this humble and simple people: a new people, as it has been defined many times by God and His instruments. New in spirit, offered to God through Mary’s Immaculate Heart, focused on divine guidance, which has never been lacking. I have seen several miracles, even some very important ones, which the Lord accomplished to confirm the path of the new people.
The fundamental points of the revelations we have received are these:
- life is present in the whole Universe and God has not created only the men of the Earth;
- after original sin and the fragmentation of humanity over different planets and different Universes, the Father sent His Son on Earth. Jesus incarnated, died and resurrected once and for all on Earth to save all men of the Universe;
- on Earth, Jesus founded the Church in favour of the whole Universe, entrusting to her the mission of announcing salvation to every child of God present in the cosmos;
- the people of God is present on all inhabited planets and constitutes the “Church of Jesus Christ of the Universe”;
- Jesus will gloriously return to the Earth and He will gather His Church from all over the Universe to lead her to the new creation;
- the Church that is present in the whole Universe is not a new Church founded by me, but the only Church that exists and will exist. The all-powerful God will manifest her in all her power in the times and ways pre-established by Him;
- without the work of this Church, the Christians and the humanity of the Earth will not be able to overcome the trials that are awaiting this planet, nor will they reach the fullness promised by Jesus.
The people I have accompanied increasingly developed an awareness of belonging to the Church of the whole Universe.
They have welcomed the revelations and begun a Christian pathway according to the Gospel, based on these three pillars: 1) the offering of one’s life to God, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary; 2) immaculateness, that is, integrity of life; 3) communion with the Church of the whole Universe.
This people has brought to Earth the testimony of the work accomplished by God to recapitulate the whole Universe in Christ.
We did not define this people “Church of Jesus Christ of the Universe”, but the Lord and His instruments, mainly Mary Most Holy.
The first fundamental stage of the formation of the Church on Earth occurred at Pentecost of 2016. In that solemnity, the Holy Spirit addressed our assembled people with unequivocal words, which confirmed our belonging to the people of the Universe:
“Today I want to make a new people out of you. … It is a solemn day because today I descend upon you with the same power with which I descended upon the first Church. I also descend upon the whole Universe and every child of God to make every child of God a living temple of God. All the children of God in the Universe will form together the new people. …
From now on, there will be only one people of God in the whole universe. From now, you will no longer be a little remnant of the humanity of the Earth, but the people of the universe that lives on Earth. Within the people of God, there may be differences regarding experience, culture and planet, but there will be only one spirit. I am The One who holds the people together, who brings all the children of God together to make a new people out of them.”[4]
In the same year, 2016, this important event was followed by other equally important ones, which we want to remember briefly.
First, the Lord entrusted to this people of the Earth four Houses that He called House-Sanctuaries. They are located in Medjugorje (Bosnia-Herzegovina); in Ghedi, Brescia; in Finale Ligure, Genoa; in the Czech Republic. These are places of prayer, fraternal meetings and formation, where people can learn about the programmes of our Church and receive support in their spiritual pathway.
Afterwards, we have received the sign that all those who belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of the Universe wear: a Cross with Mary’s Immaculate Heart at the centre. You will find a detailed explanation on this website. The Mother of God explains it with these words:
“It is the sign of all My children in whose heart the triumph of My Heart occurs, because My Heart triumphs in your heart. When you all have received this sign, the time will be fulfilled and the coming of My Son will be near. All those who, on Earth and in the Universe, convert and join the new people will receive this sing; they are singed with My Heart, the Heart of the Mother of the Saviour. It will be the triumph of the love of Christ in each one of you.”[5]
The Holy Spirit added:
“You will receive the sign by which I will imprint in you the Trinitarian seal. It is a powerful sign in the whole universe because it carries within the power of the Most Holy Trinity; a power that no force can defeat.”[6]
We would like to clarify that even those who, for now, have not received this sign materially because they are unable to participate to our meetings, but have offered themselves to Jesus through Mary’s Immaculate Heart, accepting the programmes of this Church, have received the same sing in their hearts, where its spiritual action unfolds. In this way, all the Christians of the Universe have received this sign as the seal of the Most Holy Trinity.
From the beginning of 2017 and throughout 2018, Our Lady spoke extensively about the life of God and His people in the whole Universe in Her messages of 13th of every months, presenting Herself as the Mother of Humanity. All the messages have been collected in the book: “Life Is Not Life Without God”
On 13 October 2017, the hundredth anniversary of the apparitions of Fatima, Mary Most Holy addressed again this new people, defining it the little, big Church of God:
“You are the little, big Church of God on Earth. I wish you felt exactly like that. Do not be afraid of feeling Church; the Church of Christ, My Son, which exists and pulsates in the whole Universe … . God needs His Church, this little, big Church, which will have the strength to oppose the enemy … . This Church will have the strength to live her independent life, far away from human intrigues and from the arrogance of the powerful.”[7]
From then on, the new people was called to become definitively aware of its being Church, and it was continually invited by God and His instruments to welcome and bear witness to the programmes that have been revealed to us. The Lord has asked this little Church to rid herself of her own ideas, logics and ambitions. He particularly asked for the Eucharistic celebrations to be lifted up higher and higher so that they become more and more like the Heavenly Liturgy. He asked to offer Him a sublime prayer, according to the intentions of Mary Most Holy and no longer according to human intentions, however noble.
In 2018, this Church was asked to consecrate herself totally to the Immaculate Heart of Mary in order to evangelise the Earth. The triumph of Her Heart is, in fact, the indispensable prelude to the glorious coming of Christ.
Thus, we reached 20 May 2018. The new people was now ready to announce the existence and the work of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Universe. Not a new Church, but the only Church founded by Christ: one, apostolic and indivisible Church, present in the whole Universe as Our Lady explains in Her message of 9 December 2018.
“Children, you do not speak of another Church; you have not founded an alternative Church. The Church is one. Unfortunately, through the centuries certain people infiltrated in the true Church of Christ, pushing the people of God in a corner, leaving them in the shade. Through the proclamation of the existence of this Church, God has placed His people back in the centre. Now the people of God will expel those who are not God’s people, that is, those who have occupied the Church of God for their own interests and ambitions, which have nothing to do with Jesus Christ.
The Church has always been one; it was established on Earth by My Son and was founded on the Apostles, the prophets, the martyrs and the saints – not only those proclaimed by the Church, but also the hosts of unknown, little and oppressed saints – and His faithful people. Now the true Church is re-emerging powerfully through the people who want to live and put into practice the Gospel, the word of the Scriptures and the teachings of the true Church and the saints.”[8]
In the message of 13 December 2018, Our Lady spoke again about the Church of Jesus Christ of the Whole Universe and showed us the concrete steps to take to become part of her.
“I have spoken to you of God and His life which expands in the whole universe. Today I tell you that the Church, founded by My Son on Earth, has not remained limited to the Earth but is present in the whole Universe. You have brothers and sisters all over the Universe; like you, they also invoke the name of My Son and call themselves Christians. Jesus also gave His life for them and esteemed them worthy of belonging to His people. The fact that you cannot see them with your eyes does not mean that they do not exist. Do not act like the arrogant who deny everything they do not understand. The great mysteries of God are understood through humbleness and prayer, as occurred to Me.
The day will come on which all the children of God will live united in the new creation, which My Son will establish at the end of times. Those who serve Lucifer refuse the true God and do not love their brothers and sisters will not enter it. Nor will those enter who have used the name of My Son for themselves and their egoism. Today, the humanity of the whole Universe is still on its way, moving towards a single destination: to be reunited in Jesus Christ to form a single people. However, you may already experience now the living presence of the Church of Jesus Christ of the whole universe by opening your heart to the newness of the coming times. Pray to the Holy Spirit to receive the light; do not refuse everything like capricious children.
Do you also want to be part of the Church of Jesus Christ of the whole universe? If you want, you are asked for three things: 1) to give your life totally to the One and Triune God through My Immaculate Heart; 2) to live a righteous life, respectful of the divine laws which have been revealed to you in the Gospel by My Son; they are also written in you and the Holy Spirit keeps them alive in your spirit; 3) to believe in the existence of other children of God in the Universe who, together with you, form His Church, one and indivisible; to live with them in the spiritual communion and united in prayer.
The Church of the Earth, as you have known it, is divided, burdened by the spirit of the world, infested by many parasites, and will have to leave the place to the true Church of Jesus Christ, alive and pulsating in the whole Universe. Do not be concerned about this and do not be shocked, for God must purify His people; it is an act of justice and mercy.”[9]
Our Mother has never hidden from us the responsibility and the difficulties of our path, but She has always filled us with hope, reminding us of the great mission that the Church of Jesus Christ has in the whole Universe.
“The mission of the Church is to continuously generate the children of God to the life of the Most Holy Trinity. Thus, they become righteous, free, able to choose good and reject evil to go towards every child of God to give them life.
Now it is time for this Church, united with the one in the universe, to bring her announcement through her life, her doctrine, her liturgy and her sacraments, that is, through all that she has received in the past years. All this forms a truly great deposit of faith, hope and love.
I do not say that you will have no conflicts, for Lucifer’s hatred against the Church of Jesus Christ of the Universe is strong, but God’s love for you is stronger. My love for you is also stronger, and I am grateful to you for what you have done in the last years.
Remember well, though, that you are the ones on whom God is founding this Church, perfectly united with St. Peter, the apostles and the instruments of God. Today, on this very Earth, you are the ones on whom God is founding His Church of Jesus Christ of the Universe. Be aware of the greatness of the event and the responsibility you have, but be also joyful because God has chosen you. Every time God chooses someone, He does it out of love and to fill you with His love.”[10]
On 20 May 2018, following God’s express request, we publicly announced the existence and the work of the “Church of Jesus Christ of the Universe” on Earth.[11] From then on, I have always presented myself to those who listened to me as priest of the “Church of Jesus Christ of the Universe”. I will continue to do so according to the authority given to me by the Lord Jesus and by His people.
In 2019, this Church was founded as a non-profit Association with the name of “Church of Jesus Christ of the Universe”, according to current Italian Law. Anyone who wishes to belong to her and participate in the programmes can join her. In regard to this, you may receive any information by writing or calling us.
Still in the year 2019, we were asked to consecrate the Earth to God the Father, which we did on 4 August 2019. In that occasion, God the Father spoke to us. Here are some passages of His communication:
Today, in you, among you and through you My promises are fulfilled … because now there is a people on Earth that belongs to Me. Finally, the Church of the whole Universe established by My Son is there: it is alive, pulsating, holy, righteous, only seeking to do My will. …
[T]oday you sign an irrevocable alliance with Me. This is the alliance: “You will be my people, and I will be your God”.[12] Through My Son, Jesus, in the Holy Spirit, I will introduce you into the Promised Land, the new Jerusalem, that is, the new creation, which has been prepared since eternity for you and for those who loved and served Me over the centuries. …[F]rom today on, you definitively belong to Me, and I put My seal on you. …
My Son will guide you, the Holy Spirit will sanctify you and I will protect you. I will remove the poisonous roots from you as nothing impure must enter My new people. Lucifer and his court will no longer dwell with you. You will have trials and difficulties because you will feel the hatred of the enemies, but you will have no part with evil anymore: I will separate you from evil, once and for all, because you are My people. …
Children, the Earth will experience difficult times. All the hatred man has sown will return to him. You may already notice that nature is rebelling against the tyranny of man. … And the Church present in the Universe will also pour graces upon you because you are one people.”[13]
On 19 January 2020, this Church solemnly consecrated herself to the Most Holy Trinity and the Father spoke to us again. Here are some passages of His message:
“Children, these are very serious times. Your planet is partially destroyed as you can see in nature. The elements of earth, water, fire and air are deeply disturbed, contaminated and profaned. This is also true for the heart of man. Unfortunately, the Church is divided within itself; it was fragmented from the beginning. The Christians have fought a meaningless battle against each other; confession against confession, doctrines against doctrines. Instead of the sword, they have used the word of God. In the name of My Son, Jesus, they have judged, killed, stolen, and committed terrible actions in My eyes.
However, I want to tell you that the real Church exists and has always existed. It has never left the catacombs because another structure, which defines itself as Church, gradually imposed itself through history. There have always been two Churches: that of Christ, which belongs to Me, and that of Lucifer, which belongs to him. Two different entities, two opposing realities, forced to coexist in the name of a hierarchical system.
Children, the time has come for me to divide the true Church from the false one. … Today I divide the true Church from the false one, and I renew with you My eternal alliance that no one will ever be able to break. The alliance with Me has only one name: My Son, Jesus Christ. He is the living alliance; He is the guarantee that you are Mine. …
In the past millennia, the action of the false Church aimed at diminishing the figure of My Son, making it appear harmless and evanescent. Jesus has been presented as the head of a religion, a prophet among many others, a virtuous spiritual teacher and nothing more; but Jesus Christ, My Son, is the Only Saviour of humanity. He is the Lord of the Universe who governs the entire creation in My Name. Whoever wants to reach Me, must pass through Him and recognise Him as the Son of God, Lord and only Master. Without this there cannot be, and never will be, any alliance with Me. …
The false Church has also worked to profane and lessen the value of the Sacrament of the Eucharist, denying the presence of My Son in it. The false Church has acted in such a way that the Christians became indifferent towards the Eucharist, creating many doubts in them about this Sacrament. A large part of the Christians now does not believe in Jesus’ presence in the Eucharist.
The false Church also sought to annul the figure of Mary Most Holy and make her look unnecessary; She, who is My beloved daughter, the Mother of God, the Spouse of the Holy Spirit and Co-Redemptrix of humanity. Mary was given to you as Mother, but the false Church has eliminated Her. … This is too much and the measure is full.
From now on, the true Church will be separated from the false one, and it will grow. It will manifest My power and My glory. Know that there is only one Church, founded on My Son Jesus Christ on Earth and present in the whole Universe. It recognises the Most Holy Trinity and Mary as Queen, Mother and Co-Redemptrix of humanity. She welcomes and lives the communion with all brothers and sisters of the Universe; she carries out Her mission everywhere to bring salvation to the living and the deceased. There is no other Church and there will be no other.
My alliance with you will be unchallengeable, and no one will be able to break it. If you express your “yes” to Me today, I will act among you. Through you, I will bring forth a people that will grow more and more and unite with you in spirit.[14] … The Church of Lucifer, on the contrary, will dry up and become a desiccated tree.
I tell Lucifer and his people to watch out. Woe to you if you dare to touch this Church. You have challenged the eternal God, the Father of glory, and now, in return, you receive what you have sown. … Now a new, strong people will oppose you and you will not be able to do anything. …
And you, My people, live with faith, courage and love, and you will not lack anything you need. I thank you for each step you will do with Me. Remember well that from now you are absolute property of the Most Holy Trinity, from whom you depend in everything. You will no longer rely on human science, doctrines and human technology, but you will live at the service of the Most Holy Trinity who will make of you a new humanity. I promise this to you … .”
On 7 August 2020, we celebrated the Solemnity of God the Father, as this Church does every year on this day. These are the words the Father addressed to us on that occasion.
“Children, you see that the Earth is going through a difficult time; it experiences deep suffering and it is immersed in darkness. However, I want to shake the Earth, make it tremble with My Love. I do not strike Earth with evil, as many think, because evil does not belong to Me; it is not part of Me, nor will it ever be. I touch the creation with My Love. My Love is light, and light is life.[15] In the face of My Love, Evil rebels and manifests itself. It will use all means to counteract My Love and obscure My Light.
Therefore, do not be surprised: the more your path will move forward in the light, the more darkness will reveal and manifest its hatred towards you and towards the true children of God. Nevertheless, you must not be afraid because My Love will protect you. My Light will repel the darkness from each one of you; from the whole of My people and from the whole planet. This takes place if there is a people that immolates itself, prays and offers itself through My Son, in the power of the Holy Spirit, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
You have been asked to walk towards forgiveness,[16] which is always immersion in My Light. Without My Light, darkness rules on Earth, and you may see that very well. Unfortunately, a large part of humanity runs away from My Love because it is afraid of it.[17] It fears being judged and showing itself for what it is. Thus, it turns to Lucifer or other idols, which it creates itself, in the hope to be saved without much commitment, but that cannot be. Only My Love can save you; there is no other way of salvation for you. My Love incarnated in My Son Jesus, who works incessantly through the Holy Spirit who is present in a special way in the Heart of Mary.
Your battle will get harder, children. The forces of darkness cannot bear you; Lucifer hates you with violent hatred. They will try to bury you under the mud, but I will give you wings of freedom to fly above the mud of the world. You will look at it from above and overcome it.
You cannot expect gentleness and kindness from the world because it hates you; however, as you have heard, My Son defeated the world.[18] His Blood covers and protects you. You carry the seal of His Blood, which has the power to repel evil. Satan sees the seal, he sees the Blood and passes over.[19] No one will be able to touch you; however, you will experience trials so that your faith is strengthened. All I ask of you is to remain faithful to My Love, to My Life, to the word of My Son and to all that you have received in these years. Do not be afraid and do not draw back in the face of any threat. Nothing can strike you because I am in your midst, as an eternal rock, to protect you and to defend you.
You are My little flock that I have snatched from death and from evil. Therefore, do not be afraid of the wolf, even when you hear him howl. Concentrate only on seeking Me through My Son, in the Holy Spirit, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Seek only My Love. I will deal with the wolf.
I bless you, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.”
In conclusion, the purpose of the plan that Our Lady wanted to realise through the apparitions was to renew Christianity to insert it in the plan of God to gather up the whole Universe in Christ.[20] By offering my life to Jesus, through Mary’s Immaculate Heart, for the manifestation of the truth of Her apparitions, during my service in Medjugorje my priesthood was logically inserted in this project of God.
Moreover, from 2003, the Lord called me to become part of the Central Nucleus, one of the three extraordinary instruments that are at the service of the Church of the whole Universe, of which I have spoken extensively. This involved me even more in God’s programmes, which were intended for the whole Universe.
The decree of public excommunication officially sanctioned the definitive separation of my priesthood from that of the Catholic Church and my incardination into the “Church of Jesus Christ of the Universe”. Therefore, I carry out my priestly service in the name of Jesus Christ, in His Church of the whole Universe. I offer my life for the people who belong to this Church and, with her, for the entire humanity.
This Church brings the work of Redemption to completion, gathers and lives the richness of Christianity over the millennia and promotes every person of good will who wishes to reach maturity in Christ.[21] This Church does no judge or criticise anyone. She is open to welcome anyone who wants to approach her with sincerity and without prejudice, ready to give anyone an account of the hope she holds within herself.
Everyone will be able to follow the situation of the Earth and that of Christianity as they present themselves today and draw their own conclusions to give God a response that is up to the challenges of our time.
I will always offer myself for you and for those who decide to begin this pathway. I would like to give my heartfelt thanks to those who have responded to God and supported me over the years.
